Our integrated approach enables us to individually support you along your health journey. With access to care online, by phone, and via video,2 as well as in person when necessary, you get care on your terms, when and where it works best for you. And you’re accompanied by our award-winning doctors and specialists,4 who are all connected to you, each other, and your health history through your personal electronic medical record.

With video visits, you can speak to your personal doctor and any other care providers face-to-face from anywhere you like, using a camera-equipped computer or smartphone. Appointments can often be made the same day or within a few days. And because you and your care team can access all your health information online through your personal electronic health record, you get the same convenient, personalized care through virtual visits as you do in person. Video visits are available for many medical conditions and specialties.
When you need immediate care, you are covered at any Kaiser Permanente Urgent Care or Advanced Urgent Care center. Walk-in appointments are welcome. We have 14 locations, 6 of which are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week—visit kp.org/urgentcare/mas for specific locations and hours.
At Kaiser Permanente, you have access to the My KP Meds app to manage your prescriptions on the go, right on your smartphone.
